We meet the new chair of Northern NSW Football

Following months of acrimony; the campaign to overthrow the board of Northern NSW Football reached its conclusion at an extra-ordinary meeting on Friday night with Football Mid North Coast's Mike Parsons voted onto the board and elected the new chair. So what can we expect from the new board? Mike joined Newcastle in the Morning to paint a picture for us.

We are joined in the studio by one of the grand finalists in the 43rd Toyota Star Maker competition; Finnian Johnson. Finnian is a local singer/songwriter with a passion for country music and performing live. He first began performing at the age of 13, playing a regular set at a local pub. From this, Finnian got a taste of the music industry and knew that’s what he wanted to do with his life. He's also been touched by tragedy in his young life, which has shaped the musician he is today. With an incredible voice and life experience beyond his years, listen back to the incredible Finnian Johnson as he debuts his latest solo track.
