Accepting the Unexpected

WOW!!! this was an emotional rollercoaster of an Episode.  Wise words and good advise mixed with raw emotions! Yes, that's me crying in the episode! Take Your Power Back

Stop giving, accepting, and allowing people to run all over you, do what they want and feel like doing to you! It's not OK! Take Your Power Back!  Live by some of these rules or all of them.  Incorporate them into the new you! Make the necessary changes in your life that will help you flourish, be much happier and protect your energy! Let the Universe Lead You!

Feelings, Thoughts & Reality

Here we go with the Three things I believe we need to learn how to take control of and cross reference but ultimately REALITY is what we have to actually look at.  We can NOT allow Feelings & Thoughts to run our lives and situations. We need to know when, how and what we are using to lead our actions and situations. Again I will tell you all my opinion.  We need to get back to REALITY and what is the NOW to find an answer and make decisions.

When is Enough Enough (Cutting the Cord)

This, I think is a great episode on dating! But the part of dating that Sucks.  Just when you thought things were going good with you and your date. It starts! The minimal responses to text messages, the long response times, the cold text messages, and phone calls.  The canceling of dates, no more baby, sexy, sweet name calling.  CHANCES ARE Your date is no longer interested, No telling that, and just stringing you along.  What do you do?  How do you respond? How do you avoid getting stuck in this rut?  Listen, HEAR and implement some of my ideas and opinions and we just might save you some heartache, disappointment, and confusion.  Enjoy!
