Optimism's Peak
I want to acknowledge that Setting boundaries can feel incredibly uncomfortable at first — especially if you're used to putting others first or avoiding conflict. You might worry that you're being selfish, letting people down, or risking relationships. That guilt is real, and it often shows up when you're finally choosing yourself in ways you haven’t before. But remember: feeling guilty doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong — it often just means you’re doing something new. And growth almost always comes with a little discomfort.
