Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2467202/fan_mail/new]  ONE YEAR OF PARDON YOUR FRENCH I mean… how has that even happened?! What started as a “shall we just give this a go?” has turned into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.  In one year we’ve: – recorded over 40 episodes – spoken to some incredible guests – laughed (a lot) – learned even more – and somehow reached listeners in 59 countries and 419 cities… which still blows my mind But more than anything, this podcast has become about people. The stories, the honesty, the ups, the downs… the reality of living in France — not just the postcard version. We’ve built something that feels like a community, not just a podcast. From our Social Circles to the messages, shares, and support — it genuinely means everything. And behind the scenes? It’s not always easy. Showing up every week, juggling life, kids, work… but we’ve done it. Consistently. Together. So if you’ve ever listened, shared, been a guest, or supported us in any way…  thank you. Truly. This is just the beginning.  Here’s to the next chapter… #PardonYourFrench #PodcastLife #OneYearIn #ExpatLife #FranceLife #Community Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2467202/support]

"Bon Moment en Famille" celebrates the simple joys of spending quality time with family, whether it's sharing a meal, making memories, or just being together. Life in France often reminds us that happiness isn't always found in grand gestures—sometimes it's a long lunch, a walk through a village, a Sunday afternoon, or laughter around the table. In this episode, we chat about the traditions, expectations, and realities of family life, and why creating meaningful moments can be more valuable than a perfectly planned day. Join Stephanie and Vanessa for an honest conversation about slowing down, appreciating the people we love, and finding joy in the everyday.  Episode: Bon Moment en Famille Pardon Your French Podcast Real life, real conversations, and a little bit of France in every episode. Episode Soin de Soi Cover

Soin de Soi

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2467202/fan_mail/new] In this episode, we dive into one of the most powerful and uncomfortable parts of personal growth: boundaries. For many of us, especially those who naturally give, help, and show up for everyone else, boundaries can feel unfamiliar — even selfish. But learning to protect your time, energy, and emotional space is one of the biggest steps toward building a life that actually feels aligned. We talk honestly about: why boundaries are so difficult to set the difference between being kind and being taken for granted what happens when you start valuing your own energy and how personal growth sometimes means outgrowing old patterns and relationships If you've ever felt overwhelmed, stretched too thin, or responsible for everyone else's happiness, this conversation will resonate deeply. Because growth isn’t always comfortable — but it is always worth it. Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2467202/support]
