Beschreibung

"Seven Daffodils” (the song) is not to be confused with the traditional poem by William Wordsworth, Seven Daffodils. That was circa 1804. Yet in 1960, two great artists in music and singing came out with “Seven Daffodils, a song to become a wonderful and original theme, making waves among the music lovers of the day. The song was written and composed by two artists with a heart for good music, Lee Hayes and Fran Moseley. Their combination of Lyrics and folk-type music did work for the theme. The song was recorded by several groups interested in the new song, but it was the Brothers Four who, in 1966, recorded the song and made it part of their repertoire. It was another success for everyone. Now, years later, the song remains a good historical theme from those days. Emiliano Martín recites the lyrics of this song for the listeners of Poesia con Voz.

Adelante, pues... y muchas gracias.
