Getting Off on Gratitude

It sounds kinda lame but really it's the opposite.  I used to run from my feelings (I still do at times), but now I find myself in this place where I am able to sit in my own discomfort and look at it without fully identifying with it. I remember when I first started this journey and I wondered what it was like to not run from my emotions and what it was like to look at/move through through every moment of life through a spiritual lens. Welcome to Processing Publicly 2.0

Everything up until this point felt like a beta test for sharing my story with the world, and now I'm ready to actually be seen. In that, I have felt called to start fresh with the podcast so that I can share in a more intentional way while keeping in mind my privacy as well as that of others as I anticipate more eyes (or ears, in this case) on me in this newly budding season of life.  If you're here, thank you for being you and remember that You Are Pure Magic.
