In Evangelism no soul is impossible to save. God’s Perspective on the soul 1. Every soul has internal value to God (Matthew 16 Vs 26)No sinner is beyond the reach of mercy 2. ⁠God Specializes in turning enemies to witnesses (Acts 9:1)3. ⁠Divine patient keeps the door of salvation open. (2 Peter 3:9)The Power of the Gospel - The Gospel carries divine power -⁠Hardened hearts can still respond to truth 3. ⁠Faith comes through hearing, Evangelism gives Gid something to work with in the heart of the hearer (Romans 10:17) Our responsibility 1. Believers are called to go and not to judge 2. ⁠Love open doors, arguments cannot not 3. ⁠Many souls responds first to genuine love 4. ⁠God gives increase not man 5. ⁠Prayer break barriers 6. ⁠No soul is too stubborn and no one is too sinful 7. ⁠No one is too far gone to God

Core values are the principles that guide and influence our decisions and actions.As believers, we are called to shift culture upward, not downward.Because of the values we carry, there are certain places we should not be found. You cannot truly dominate or succeed with bad character. Key Values of Believers • Love – Matthew 22:37-39; 1 Corinthians 13:13 • Appreciation – Value and recognize people • Joy – Maintain a joyful heart Core Values of RCCG – IHEARTSI – Integrity: it is being a person that keeps to their word, a reliable person that can be counted upon. H – Holiness: It is Being set apart for God, less of the world more of Christ, it is a continuous process ; 1 Timonthy 6:6 E – Excellence: It is going the extra miles in the things that will add value to you. There is a great difference with your work compared to what other people do. A – Accountability: is the ability to be responsible for assignment given to you. Informing leaders when you cannot fulfill a task. Being accountable helps your spiritual growthR – Resourcefulness: Achieving results with limited resources, Being faithful with what God has given you. When you are faithful with little, God multiplies it. T – Transparency : means living truthfully ,not pretending to be someone you are not. Being consistent everywhere S – Sacrifice: means serving without expecting something in return. It means surrendering all and withholding nothing from God.Sacrifice = Service – Saving
