Episode 1: The Beginning of Something New In this first episode of Serendipity, I’m sharing my story—from becoming a mum again during the pandemic to navigating perimenopause and starting HRT. Since then, I’ve made some serendipitous changes to support my wellbeing, from working on my mindset to moving my body in ways that feel good. Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter with the Francis Diet, Reformer Pilates, and a renewed focus on balance, strength, and self-care. This podcast is part of that journey—honest, intentional, and from the heart.
