Sanders, DVM, DACVIM (SAIM), DACVECC, is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed both an Internal Medicine and Emergency/Critical Care residency at the University of Pennsylvania. She then served as an ICU attending at VHUP before transitioning to private specialty practice in New Jersey and Maryland, where she held leadership roles in ER, ICU, and Internal Medicine services, directed residency programs, and led clinical drug trials.
