Breaking Through Barriers With Allegra Taylor

All I can say for this episode is WOW, just WOW.  I absolutely adore each and every Shero that we connect with to learn their stories and experiences! This conversation, however, left me with a fire under my behind, literally. Allegra is a no nonsense therapist who has taken things to new levels in the therapy and counseling sector, and isn't afraid to speak her mind about what she feels are extremely impactful changes in the way therapy should be viewed and is delivered.  She went from employee to self employed, and built herself a very successful practice during one of the hardest times to start a business. Not only did she start her own practice, she persevered when some of her past colleagues were not super supportive, even to the point of being critical. The story is so inspiring, and her personality is one of a kind. You don't want to miss this one!
