I recently attended a Starting Strength seminar in Wichita Falls, Texas with the man himself Mark Rippetoe. What was covered and would I recommend it to others.

Tim Tackett Tribute

A short tribute to a friend and one of my main mentors and instructors in Jeet Kune Do, Tim Tackett. Much more could have been said. He educated and influenced generations through his teachings, books and videos. I consider myself lucky to have been allowed into the garage back in the day. Tackett was a walking encyclopedia of JKD knowledge. He will be missed. Rest in peace.

The murder of Charlie Kirk and Iryna Zarutska

Charlie Kirk and Iryna Zarutska were recently killed. Both graphic videos were all over social media. Both incidents highlighted that there seems to be a lack of decency with people.
