The sisters are in a silly goofy mood this episode! We recap our experience at a Fourth Wing book club/workout event where we let our nerdy freak flags fly. G leaned into her competitive side and showed how tan and buff she is during an impromptu plank challenge. Was she the first loser or the second winner? Depends on if you’re positive polly or negative nelly. What’s not up for debate was gab full on coaching her throughout the whole thing. Once a coach, always a coach. We dive into our thoughts about Off Campus and how obsessed we are with Dean and Garrett Graham. But no one’s more obsessed than handyman (even though he’ll never admit it). This show has us in a chokehold and we’re loving every second of it! We then chat about Taylor Swift and her DIY tees at the Knicks game and how our lives were changed. It was icoknick to say the least. We’re rooting for New York but we do nottttt condone the unsportsmanlike conduct that’s been going on. Physically and verbally aggressive fans are going to ruin it for all of us! We were blessed this week with three T Swift appearances: a live performance at the Toy Story 5 premiere, courtside at the NBA finals, and her induction into the songwriters hall of fame. We’re always here for a TS spotting and just pray news about her wedding is what comes our way next. Lastly, we consider ourself cinephiles yet we didn’t know Steven Spielberg’s game and we’re man enough to admit that. We’re committed to educating ourselves each and every episode and love that you all are along for the ride. See you next week!  smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Episode Spilling About Sports Illustrated, Elmo, and Jesse Solomon Cover

Spilling About Sports Illustrated, Elmo, and Jesse Solomon

Happy Monday to all who celebrate and welcome to yet another random episode of Sisters Who Spill! We begin with an unexpected conversation about the VeggieTales Bible and how Elmo is cancelled because of his disloyalty to the New York Kicks. Yeah it makes sense that he just wants both teams to have fun but seeing as he’s from the (Sesame) Streets of New York, you’d expect a little bit of passion for the team who hasn’t been to the NBA Finals since 1999. Even without Elmo’s support, SWS is undoubtedly rooting for the Knicks to take it all. We chat about Gab’s obsession with shipping Keke Palmer and Sean Evans, and our love for seeing two extremely hot people (Dua Lipa and Callum Turner) get married. Who are we more jealous of, Dua or Callum? It’s hard to tell. We speak on SI Swim Week and our distaste for all the hate Stassie Schroeder is getting for her walk and her limited calorie consumption. Speaking of calories, what even are they? We prefer to just eat healthy based on vibes and not a number, because it doesn’t make sense to us anyways. And we sure as hell won’t be doing any math. We wrap up by sharing the angelic voice of Jesse Solomon with all our listeners. Him getting emotional over his singing career was absolutely the best part of the Summer House Reunion Part 2. Ever heard his song “Guess I’ll Start”? No worries, we play it live on the pod and immediately add it to our playlist Sisters Who Sing. We’re Jesse Solomon supporters and will be getting tickets for whenever his tour takes him to AZ. Love you all, have a great week! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Episode Spilling About The Summer House Reunion, Dot Cakes, and Justice for Kevin Jonas Cover

Spilling About The Summer House Reunion, Dot Cakes, and Justice for Kevin Jonas

Holy moly the Summer House reunion was television. gold. and we have much to say about it. West finding out his nudes were leaked right before filming started? Lindsay’s killer hair, makeup and dress? Ciara verbally annihilating Amanda and West to the point where Kyle cried? Bailey putting Ben in his place? Sweet KJ being sweet KJ? It was all too perfect. We also recap our Memorial Day Weekends and Gab shares her hatred for Monopoly (we’re simply not game people) and G shares her lack of knowledge regarding all things boats and lakes. Also, Gab is not only a baker, but a TRENDY baker because she’s making the viral dot cakes at home. They’re smothered in sprinkles and chilled to perfection and absolutely delicious. Worth a two hour wait, though? Probably not. Just make them yourself using box cake mix and canned frosting. G spent some of her invaluable time listening to two episodes of Hey Jonas and there is much to discuss. Firstly, Gab had the entire podcast perfectly clocked- Nick is the Diva, Joe is the “Comedian”, and Kevin is the only one who should actually have a podcast or give anyone advice. Joe is clearly looking for extra funds because he’s mentioning potential sponsorships nonstop and Kevin can’t even get a word in without his brothers interrupting or taking over the story. If you’re looking for a podcast where three men talk at the exact same time, Hey Jonas might be perfect for you. But what reigns true is #JusticeForKevin.  smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Episode Spilling About In The City, Iron Flame, and Hey Jonas Cover

Spilling About In The City, Iron Flame, and Hey Jonas

It’s MDW!! We hope the biggest problems you’re facing today are which high noon flavor you should drink and whether you have enough condiments for your burgers and brats. G is heading to the lake (pray for the first timer) and Gab has an early dinner reservation with smarty pants (here’s to hoping they get early bird specials). We recap the Summer House finale (we were also shockiado by the events that occurred) and our thoughts on the first episode of In The City. We chat about how IG is trying to be all the social media platforms at once, and Spotify reigns superior with their new Reserved feature, created to hold concert tickets for superfans. Gab spills about her allergy test on her quest to solve her late onset eczema and discovered that lettuce, tomatoes, and almonds may be the culprit. In other news, Alex Cooper is pregnant and Olivia Rodrigo is facing criticism for the cover photo of her new song The Cure looking eerily similar to Taylor Swift’s 1989 cover photo. In book news, we discuss Iron Flame and what rating we’d give it out of 5 star. Lastly, the sisters discover they have some new competition in the podcast space… Hey Jonas! is coming for our necks. Gab suspects they can hardly stand to be in the same room as each other, so no shot this podcast makes it to a year. We’re gonna have to do some listening ourselves to see what these Jo Bros are really “getting deep” about. And justice for Frankie STILL not being included! You can give their pod a listen too, as long as you keep supporting Sisters Who Spill. Maybe leave a comment and rate us 5 stars while you’re at it?! Love you all! smooches from your favorite sisters! <3

Episode Spilling About Drake, Nair, and Tana Mongeau Cover

Spilling About Drake, Nair, and Tana Mongeau

Happy Monday sisters! This week has been a great one because Gracie Abrams came out with a new song and we’re loving it. Absolutely SAT for her new album coming out in July! Drake also released 3 albums and we’re gonna commit to listening to Iceman, Maid of Honour (the album named after G) and Hibachi at our earliest convenience. Unfortunately G’s skin has entered national crisis territory and she had to call in the big guns aka the dermatologist. Let’s hope this new prescription works otherwise we’re gonna have to turn to Accutane at the age of 27. The sisters go down memory road and we reminisce on our Nair days when we weren’t allowed to shave our legs and had to burn them with a nauseating cream instead. We also discuss how Gab was lowkey G’s personal stylist and hairdresser growing up, because G was undoubtedly a bit of a bully. But it builds character and Gab is better because of it! Gab shares how she’s not in her Alix Earle era lately and we are not fans of the name of their upcoming reality show. Earle Meets World? That’s the best we could do? Okay that’s enough of us being haters. We also chat through some experiences that we’ve recently experienced. For example, getting invited to a wedding where they don’t put your correct last name on the save the date. Also, ordering in front of your significant others’ family and accidentally getting the most embarrassing meal on the menu. Lastly, we share our Spotify birthday data and surprise surprise, Gab is a true swiftie! Happy 20th bday to Spotify, our favorite app because it’s where you can listen to this wonderful podcast and leave a comment and rate it 5 stars! Love you lots!  smooches from your favorite sisters! <3
