Surrender to the rain The sonar is heard, the loneliness of the deep ocean makes paranoia emerge, the sea hides, the low tide reveals, but when will it come?

“Escada de ritmos” é uma peça sonora que se baseia nas possibilidades rítmicas que passos numa escada podem produzir, captando o espaço envolvente de forma a criar diferentes dinâmicas e acústicas. Resultando assim, numa sensação de que o indivíduo que caminha está presente “num espaço” com escadas que não têm um fim, através da repetição e sobre- posição dos sons. “Rhythm ladder” is a sound piece that is based on the rhythmic possibilities that steps on a ladder can produce, capturing the surrounding space in order to create different dynamics and acoustics. Thus, resulting in a feeling that the individual who walks is present “in a space” with stairs that have no end, through the repetition and overlapping of sounds.

RE- estrutura sonante é uma peça que parte da captação e gravação de sons domésticos; indo ao encontro da musique concrète, o limiar da inteligibilidade e reconhecimento dos sons está em primeira evidência. Todavia, o tema crescente e ressurgente no decorrer da obra é a repetição, ou então a construção e seguida destruição deste mesmo conceito. RE-sonant structure is a piece that starts with capturing and recording domestic sounds; going towards musique concrète, the threshold of intelligibility and recognition of sounds is in focus. However, the growing and resurgent theme throughout the work is repetition, or else the construction and then destruction of this same concept.
