Life Update

Hey Sorellas! On todays episode, Brianna and Melissa will fill you in on what the start of 2024 has been like for them and why they’ve been a bit M.I.A. They understand the importance of consistency, but when life gets in the way, we have to adjust and learn to go with the flow. Sometimes things are planned to turn out one way, only for them to go another- and making peace with that is the key to keep going. Not So New Year's Resolutions

Starting the year with a positive mindset to achieve certain goals we set for ourselves is always a great idea, but pressuring yourself to finish them before the new year is over- isn't.
