How a burnt out American ER nurse found a new purpose after moving to France

Hi, I'm Michelina. Burnt out ER nurse turned life coach, international retreat leader and entrepreneur. Listen to how I quit my job as an ER nurse, sold everything and moved to the South of France in a last ditch effort to heal my mind, body and soul. After a decade in nursing I felt the need for a major change in my life and after mentally, physically and financially preparing, (not to mention learning French) I moved to Europe by myself! I share my experiences of being an expat, working for a French company, trying drugs for the first time at the age of 41, making all new friends and surrounding myself with people that inspired the new changes in my life. By healing all of my micro-traumas I'd endured over my years as a nurse and finally loving myself and prioritizing my needs over others, I was able to make the space to create Soul CPR Retreats and Coaching.
