In this episode, we continue our journey through the 8 limbs of yoga; moving from inner foundation into embodied practice. If you haven’t listened to Part 1, I recommend starting there as we walk through the first two limbs that shape how we live and relate. Here, we step into limbs 3–8: • Asana (movement) • Pranayama (breath) • Pratyahara (turning inward) • Dharana (focus) • Dhyana (meditation) • Samadhi (union with God) This is where it all begins to come together. We explore how movement becomes more than exercise, how breath becomes more than automatic, and how stillness becomes a space to meet with God.
