spiritual principles made practical's podcast
I do beieve that unlimited joy is part of who I am. I don't have to create that joy. It always exists as part of who I am. Sometimes I'm consciously experiencing that joy and sometimes not. When I'm not, it's because I am having negative or inaccurate thoughts. I know the way to weaken the power of those thoughts is to accept their existence and allow myelf to realize that while they may be in my mind, they are not accurate and don't deserve to be acted upon. Today, my wife is in the hospital. Strangely enough, when I reflect back on yesterday, she and I did have a few laughs in her hospital room. I know the best thing I can do for her is to work on myself. I need to be focused as much as possible in the present moment. That's where joy can be consciously experienced. I offer thought coaching. If you're experiencing stress in your life, we can work together to reduce it through being conscious and accepting of our thoughts.
