The Decriminalization of Weed

The gradual, state by state decriminalization of weed in the USA, has not only helped to reduce criminal penalties for recreational users, but also has helped to reduced stereotyping, characterization, and the "buzz-kill", that was very prevalent during the prohibition era.

It can be a challenge to provide employment references, when you are retired and you keep only loose contact with all your former co workers. It feels like being punished for not keeping an active social network. How do you reach out to someone who hardly respods to you anyway? and ask them if they will write a reference letter for you? Not everyone is good at poltics, so now because you are not political, you cannot even have a decent job that your are qualified to do?  because you have no personal references?

The Pandemic Affected Us All

The Global Pandemic, of 2020-2022 affected all of us. Some for the worst, some for the best. It was a tragedy regardless, because of all the lives lost prematurely.  Everyone had a different experience, some people began a whole new career out of it,  others developed some serious problems from the isolation.
