In this podcast, you'll come to find out who Sam is and what his upbringing was, what business did he start, how he got to where he is now, and much more. This podcast was a deep dive into Ahmed Saeed, the owner of Wingfellas, a very well known chicken wing business in Michigan. Ahmed talks about his upbringing in Ohio and how he traveled all across the US and had many different experiences. As the conversation began to flow, I realized that he was business man behind the scenes.The reason why I believed that was because when we met he described all the ingredients with such passion and knowledge as if he had studied it his whole life. But only to find out he was thrown in the kitchen empty handed and had to fight, and he came out as a leader. Karl Macky, with his aura of a chef, surprises you with his business acumen, revealing himself not just as a culinary maestro but also as a savvy entrepreneur.
