Adam started his journey in customer service to change it to project management to upgrade from a 2014 BMW 328i to a Tesla Model 3. Adam's take on project management: Let people speak and throw ideas around. Knowing when to allow that to happen and when to step in, to focus, while being sensitive to others, project management becomes a lot easier. Piece of advice he received: Sometimes you have to go through something to find out why you did it. there is something to be learned from all experiences.
