EP9 - Consistency is key

In this episode, I talk about how consistency is key in one's life especially someone that wants to make something out of themselves. I have been out of it as of late because of Ramadan and other unforeseen events so I haven't been able to post podcasts anymore. One thing that's for sure is that it doesn't happen overnight so keep your head up high and keep at it.

EP8 - Am I going to make it or not?

In this episode, I start off by talking about my first days of Ramadan and the daily hurdles behind fasting. I give my insight on the whole experience and my thoughts about working out and dieting during this whole month. But the real reason I wanted to upload this podcast is to share with everyone in their 20's my experience with how it's going so far for myself. I feel lost somewhat and don't what professional trajectory to take.

EP7 - Ramadan is tomorrow!

Ramadan crept up on me out of nowhere! Is it the case for you guys too? One good thing that will come out of Ramadan is not having to deal with the three major meals of the day. God so much effort being put in but now we get to take a break from all of that for 30 days. Not only will it be a break from cooking but a break for your stomach as well. And a chance to burn fat for those looking to have somewhat visible abs. Myself being one of them! Stay tuned to hear my version of it and hopefully more Ramadan episodes to come ;)

EP6 - Fresh & Fit Podcast thoughts

In this episode, I share my thoughts about the podcast channel known as Fresh & Fit presented by Myron Gaines and Fresh Prince. This show is one that I discovered recently and has been a great listen so far for the past couple days. It's woke stuff and I definitely recommend it for anyone that needs a self-confidence boost especially with the women in this day and age.

EP5 - Ramadan, can I build muscle?

In this episode, I discuss the benefits and drawbacks to Ramadan and muscle mass gains. Personally, I don't focus on gaining muscle during Ramadan but rather maintaining what I already have. Put simply, this time of the year should be deemed one to rest and get close to god and family members. Remember to break fast then work out, not before as the energy levels will be very low.
