Episode 🎊The Biggest Spiritual Lesson of 2026 (And Why It's Your Greatest Flex) Cover

🎊The Biggest Spiritual Lesson of 2026 (And Why It's Your Greatest Flex)

What if the greatest achievement of this year isn't becoming more productive, more informed, or even more spiritual, but learning to trust yourself already as you are?  I'm sharing a recent experience that became one of the most painful and powerful initiations of my life. It challenged me to question whose voice I was listening to, what authority I was giving away, and what it truly means to come home to my own inner knowing. I also believe this isn't just my story. More and more of us are being invited into the same collective initiation. As artificial intelligence, endless information, algorithms, experts, and opinions compete for our attention, the real work is becoming clear: strengthening our relationship with our own intuition. We'll explore why trusting yourself may be the defining spiritual practice of 2026 and beyond, how your inner compass can become your North Star in an increasingly noisy world, and why discernment, not certainty, is what will help us navigate what's coming. In this episode, we explore: *  Why trusting yourself is the biggest flex of this new era.  *  The painful initiation that changed how I relate to my intuition.  *  What I believe is happening collectively in our consciousness.  *  How to use AI as a tool without allowing it to replace your inner authority.  *  Practical ways to reconnect with your own inner compass.  If you've been feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, searching outside yourself for answers, or wondering how to stay grounded in a rapidly changing world, this conversation is for you. 💖Want to connect with April Jay Tasi? Episode 🦭Returning to Your Roots Is Not Regression | How Looking Back and Reconnecting With What Matters Moves You Forward Cover

🦭Returning to Your Roots Is Not Regression | How Looking Back and Reconnecting With What Matters Moves You Forward

Have you ever felt called to revisit something you thought you'd already outgrown: a place, practice, dream, creative passion, or part of yourself?  In this episode, I explore why returning to your roots isn't a step backward, but often an invitation into deeper alignment, clarity, and purpose. I share my personal story of reconnecting with parts of myself I once believed I needed to leave behind, and how that process has brought unexpected inspiration and direction.  We'll explore:   Why growth isn't always about moving on to something new, how to recognize when your soul is calling you back to what matters most, and how to distinguish true evolution from the pressure to constantly reinvent yourself. I also guide you through a reflective exercise to help uncover any shadows, fears, or resistance you may have around returning to your roots so you can access greater clarity and creative momentum.  Plus, I share the story of the Selkie as a powerful metaphor for remembering who you are, along with an intuitive card pull and messages for listeners. If you've been feeling nostalgic, uncertain about your next step, or drawn back toward an old dream, this episode may offer the reassurance and inspiration you need to trust the journey home to yourself! 💖Want to connect with April Jay Tasi? Episode 🏖️Summer Intuitive Reading: Overcoming Self-Doubt & Stepping Into Your Next Level Cover

🏖️Summer Intuitive Reading: Overcoming Self-Doubt & Stepping Into Your Next Level

What if the version of you that’s ready to bloom into your next level is waiting beneath the layers of fear, self-criticism, and old stories? In this seasonal intuitive reading, I share my personal reflections on what has unfolded since our Spring Reading: the shedding, healing, and unexpected lessons that have helped me release what no longer aligns and make space for what’s next. I also channel intuitive messages and themes for this season, including what many of us are being called to release, where growth is trying to emerge, and how self-doubt may be keeping us from fully stepping into our next chapter. In this episode, we explore:  ✨ The collective themes and intuitive downloads coming through for the months ahead  ✨ Why self-limiting beliefs often surface right before a breakthrough  ✨ How your inner critic may be blocking your growth, visibility, and authentic expression  ✨ Practices to cultivate self-trust and reconnect with your inner wisdom  ✨ What it means to step into greater alignment with your authentic self  ✨ Encouragement for embracing the next level of your personal, spiritual, and professional evolution Whether you're standing at a crossroads, questioning your next step, or feeling the pull toward a more authentic version of yourself, this reading is an invitation to trust the unfolding process and remember who you are beneath the noise. The season ahead isn't asking you to become someone new, it's inviting you to become more fully yourself. If this episode resonates, I'd love to hear what blossoming looks like in your life right now. 🌿✨ 💖 Want to connect with April Jay Tasi? Episode ⚕️Pressure to Heal Myself | Mental Health Stigma in Spiritual Spaces Cover

⚕️Pressure to Heal Myself | Mental Health Stigma in Spiritual Spaces

“For a long time, I unconsciously believed that if I was spiritually connected enough, self-aware enough, or healed enough… I shouldn’t need therapy, medication, or outside support.” In this episode, I’m opening up about my recent mental health journey, including receiving a diagnosis, exploring treatment options, and confronting the shame I carried around needing support despite years of spiritual practice, intuitive work, and helping others heal. I share honestly about what can feel missing in some spiritual and healing spaces when it comes to mental health conversations,  especially the unspoken pressure to “heal yourself,” stigma against certain modalities,  pressure to stay "high-vibe", transcend difficult emotions, or believe that needing therapy, medication, or professional support somehow means you’ve failed spiritually. We talk about: ✨mental health stigma in spiritual communities ✨therapy and medication shame ✨burnout, nervous system overwhelm & emotional exhaustion ✨overgiving and hyper-independence ✨the pressure healers feel to have it all figured out ✨spiritual bypassing and self-abandonment ✨why healing is deeply non-linear ✨integrating spirituality with real mental health support ✨learning to receive care instead of always being the caretaker This episode is for the healers, helpers, mothers, sensitive souls, creatives, and overgivers who are exhausted from trying to carry everything alone while believing they should be able to “figure it out” themselves. You do not have to transcend your humanity to be worthy of healing. You are allowed to need support too. 🔮 Want to connect with April Jay Tasi?
