The 4Cs Podcast
Every June, thousands of women make the same promise. This summer will be different. They’ll finally focus on themselves, get back into a routine, lose the weight they’ve been carrying, improve their energy, and return in September feeling like a different person. And every September, many find themselves having the exact same conversation they had the year before. In this episode, I explore the cycle I lived through during my 13 years of teaching and the same pattern I now see in the women I coach. From dieting all year for summer holidays to arriving in August feeling frustrated, exhausted and disappointed, I break down why more time doesn’t automatically create better habits and why waiting for the “right time” keeps so many women stuck. This episode is particularly relevant for teachers heading into summer, but the lesson applies to anyone who finds themselves postponing their goals until life becomes easier. If you’ve ever said, “I’ll start when things calm down,” this episode is for you. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast.
