In this episode I talk about how small stressors can be easy to manage and keep you in a low level of stress which helps your telomeres, but if you are in high levels of stress with many big stressors hitting you at once, it takes time to move through that and you may have to allow yourself to be in survival mode until that stress has passed. I also talk about what to do after your stress levels come down.
