Today I chat to Gerard O'Donoghue, the man behind the fantastic healthy food truck, Alainn.  Now famous for its super smoothie bowls and coffee, Alainn has become an institution in Galway over the last year and a half, and today I hear all about how it came to be.  Gerard followed his gut and went all in to create the business he dreamed of. Alainn is going from strength to strength and it is clear that with his passion and drive, this is only the beginning for Gerard and the Alainn team.  I hope you enjoy it.

Dr. Lisa Creaven chats to me about her journey from starting her own dental practice to then creating her own brand, Spotlight Oral Care. Childhood sweethearts Alan & Claire King talk to me about their journey, starting from how they met to opening their incredible cafe in Clifden, Steam. As well as being parents and running the cafe, Alan is a Personal Trainer & Claire a nutritionist. They have learned to adapt this side of their business in the last year by moving completely online. They are driven, hard working and it is clear to see their success comes from how well they work together. They are the perfect team. It was such a joy to chat to them and they will without doubt leave you with a smile on your face... just as they did to me.
