The Future of Telehealth

On April 22, NVHPF hosted a converstion about the future of telehealth. Telemedicine use increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic and remains an integral part of our healthcare system. However, its continued use has relied on short-term support from Congress. On April 22, Northern Virginia Health Policy and Applied Policy’s President and CEO Jim Scott welcomed Kyle Zebley, Senior Vice President of Public Policy at the American Telemedicine Association, to discuss the future of telehealth.

The Future of Rural Health

On March 25, 2025, the Northern Virginia Health Policy Forum welcomed three leading voices in rural health who shared their perspectives on improving health outcomes for rural residents and what changes are needed to better support their communities.
