It never truly goes away but there are tools you can use to help it pass a lot easier in the future 1) Look at the evidence look back on testimonials I have received or nice words from clients - keep this in a spot you can refer to offend when you're feeling Impostor syndrome 2) Create a gratitude practise if you create a regular gratitude practise you are starting or needing your day off on a positive note. this make you much more inclined to look at the positive things throughout the day isn't of the things that might bring you down throughout the day 3) Have an affirmation or mantra handy some of my favourites when I'm in the feels are: I have amazing strength within in me I am strong and confident I trust in my abilities I am safe and secure 4) talk to a friend/accountability buddy or coach. it is so important to have a friend or someone you can reach out to when you're in the feels of impostor syndrome. they can reassure you that you are in fact doing amazing and that this too shall pass. Which one are you going to start implementing?
