In recognition of mental health awareness month I have been encouraged to share my personal story.

I too have suffered from mental health issues. I’m sure at some point we all have. I feel compelled to share so you know why I will ride in the 2022 GallopNYC this month. It takes bravery and vulnerability to be open and transparent in this society. If I can help and encourage someone to thrive in life then I will. Thank you for listening.

Spiritual Growing Pains

This is your awakening and ascension. Don’t deny it. Work through it and see how beautiful life unfolds as things are revealed that will help you in the end.

Choose Life over Strife. What are you growing in your garden?

You do not have to do this alone. I know it’s been a daunting year thus far. Rise up and do the work. Use your gut and trust to navigate. Use your toolbox. Ask for help by asking UP!

The Universe Loves and Guides Us. Sometimes it is in the darkest places.

We have the ability to get through this pandemic. Listen to how we can heal our brokenness and our relationships specifically to Mother Earth. This too shall pass. We will come out of this better than we were before.
