Parasites at the beach?! All about The Creeping Eruption!

Today Dr. Bee discusses cutaneous larva migrans, also known as creeping eruption, a skin infection with the dog or cat hookworm. Often this parasite is contracted while running around in bare feet at the beach, so with summer coming it's a good time to learn the signs and symptoms of this super itchy infection!

We've also seen some sick kids that made us consider whooping cough (also known as pertussis), though fortunately that didn't turn out to be the case. So what IS whooping cough?
