I find it hard to keep up motivation, but right now I feel in the moment and it’s interesting to reflect on how hard getting up and out the door can be sometimes

FROM ZERO TO ULTRA

Inspirational talk with endurance runner Roxy Dukes. Roxy went from having run no races at all - no 5k or 10k runs - and jumped straight in at the deep end by entering herself in a 55mile ultra marathon. She talks about why she wanted to run it, the challenges surrounding the event, digesting training programmes and goes on to talk about her experience. Roxy has since gone on to run further endurance races and climbed in the Himalaya.
