Logan Boudreaux, former executive chef at Cinclare in Thibodaux, graduated from the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University. Boudreaux graduated from CJFCI in Dec. of 2018. He is currently going back to school to take a deeper dive into his love for the culinary arts and the nutritional side of things. Brodi Hill is a big stinky boy.
