On today's episode, Prime Hall takes us through near death combat stories, underwater survival, dealing with serious injuries and more!  Prime Hall is a former Marine Raider, an Entrepreneur, Founder, CEO and coach. He has empowered thousands of individuals, from other service members in his military career, to those from diverse cultures from Iraq and Afghanistan while at war, to civilians, adaptive individuals, professional and Olympic athletes & high level executives and their teams. Since being medically separated from MARSOC, Prime has earned his master’s degree from USC and was awarded top 100 MBA’s in the country by Poets and Quants. He founded a new sport called Underwater Torpedo League, which has potential to be an Olympic Sport and its work out arm Deep End Fitness that is gaining great traction through its training of professional sports teams and licensing program which is expanding across the country. He has now started Operation Resilience, a non-profit dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by the military community, those who have served in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) as well as professional athletes. Creating visibility to what is available to help fight the major struggle with mental health, suicide, traumatic brain injury, transition support and community. Phil Daru is the owner and creator of Daru Strong Training Systems and founder of Daru Strong Performance Center. Daru has degrees in sports medicine and exercise science from Alabama State University where he played division 1 football . Holding certifications with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Functional Range Movement Specialist (FRCms) and Kabuki Movement Specialist (NSCA-KMS). Daru then began a career in MMA and turned professional at 21 years old where he then developed his own systems for training fighters. Daru has also competed in strongman, bodybuilding, and Bjj Gi and No Gi and currently competes in powerlifting. He has worked with well over 200 plus fighters including world champions like Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Dustin Poirier, Edson Barboza, Junior Dos Santos, Frankie Edgar, Tecia Torres, King Mo Lawal, Andrei Arlovski and many others. Coach Daru is a two time award winning Trainer of the Year for the Florida MMA Awards and Nominated for the Trainer of the Year for the World MMA Awards. He has been globally recognized for his contributions in combat sports performance and has traveled to over 10 countries teaching and mentoring. During that time, he saw action in Operation IRAQI Freedom and numerous special operations missions. A nearby marine mission in particular, had a detailed account of an explosive-detector dog alert to a grenade booby trap hidden in a doorway, saving the lives of the Marines assigned to the mission. Mike then instantly knew that he wanted to work with similar dogs and harness their remarkable abilities to defeat the tools of modern warfare. Due to that inspiration, Mike became a Navy SEAL Multi-purpose canine trainer.
