While solo grocery trips, bubble baths, and monthly face masks DO count as self-care, they provide only a fraction of what our soul really needs. Why? Because there are actually six (yes, SIX!) areas of self-care. Sometimes filling up one area does the trick, and sometimes it's a combination of a few. It depends on the individual, and only YOU know what works in your life.
