You feel like a demonic powerhouse for only a brief moment in time only to go back to your normal self shortly afterward. Other times, you may hoard these items for a rainy day or an emergency when ultimately you forget to use it at all. Sometimes you may even save it for that epic final boss fight. Regardless of how you use it or lack thereof, it's powerful and one-time use is a common trope.
