I was invited onto the Pistachio Experience by my now friend Roman and went into some interesting topics including Ayahuasca, the psychedelic experiences, plant based and animal based diets and more. ...... ( personal note, the more of these interview podcasts I do , the more respect I have for people who can speak very clearly and concisely. As I listen back I get to hear myself, and currently I experience many critiques of how I speak. I am practicing this ability, and am inspired to continue. REBIRTHING BREATHWORK SOUND JOURNEY

This one is specifically a recording from holding a Breathwork session for someone. I guided my friend to lie down and relax and breath super deep for this hour of rebirth process. The invitation is simple to lie down and breathe, you may be able to hear his breathing, and it’s a good strong pace to follow of you want to, he did a very strong consistent breath nearly the whole way through, a common thing with this technique is that people just fall asleep, so having someone to support you and gently wake you up if u drift off, can be very helpful, and can lead to big breakthroughs. I’m sharing this for anyone to see how they go with it, >>> I start playing the guitar around 30 minutes, so I can skip to that if u just want to jam to that bit, or if ur up for going in deep >find an hour and half or two , make yourself comfortable, lie down and breathe powerfully through this transmission, I hope you get benefits, Famaste see u tHere🙏
