The Irish Home Builders Association has warned that the  supply of new homes could be reduced by up to 8,000 this year as a result of the current stoppage in construction. James Benson Head of the Irish Home Builders Association joined Kieran to discuss how this could inpact Irelands ongoing housing crisis.
