We all need time to rest, spiritually, physically, and mentally. It’s time for you to make space in your life for rest.

Attitude of Gratitude

This week we’re talking about having an attitude of gratitude. I know finding a reason to be grateful in the midst of a tough situation is the furthest thing from one’s mind, but I encourage you to lean into it anyway. You’d be surprised by how your mood turns around.
