New Series: Sharing Our Faith • This month we focus on what it means to share our faith. • Matthew 28:18-20 – Jesus commands us to 'Go and make disciples.' The Great Commission is Important • It appears 5 times in the New Testament (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Acts). • God calls us to act, not just when it’s convenient. Grace, Not Works • Ephesians 2:8 – We’re saved by grace, not by earning it. • 2 Peter 3:9 – God is patient because He wants everyone to repent. Tell People About Jesus • It pleases God when we share the Good News. • 2 Timothy 2:3-6 – Jesus gave Himself for all people. What Holds Us Back? • Fear, shyness, or workplace rules can stop us. • The enemy wants to keep you quiet — but Jesus’ name has power. 3 Steps to Share Your Faith • 1. Spend Time with God – Become a 'Christ-like fragrance' (2 Cor. 2:14-16). • 2. Pray – Ask God for opportunities (Colossians 4:3). • 3. Trust the Holy Spirit – He will lead you (Acts 9, Acts 16). Recap • Smell – Carry Jesus’ presence. • Pray – Ask for divine opportunities. • Trust – Follow the Holy Spirit’s leading. Final Thought • You don’t need to be perfect to share Jesus. • Be willing – and let God do the rest.
