On todays episode of the podcast we talk about work/life balance. There is a lot of content on social media being released right now that says you have to work to get to where you are trying to go. Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot of good coming from this, and we will be the first to say that we consume and get value from a lot of this content. I think there is a lot of value from it. However the negatives we see from it, are that there are  a lot of people in our industry not able to achieve a healthy work life balance.
