Today Blaine Strickland joins the podcast! Blaine is a legendary instructor, teacher, and coach in the commercial real estate arena. If you've taken a CCIM course, chances are Blaine has his fingerprints on your learning there. He's involved in the adjunct professor capacity at UNC Chapel Hill and UCF as well, Blaine has spent a lifetime teaching students. Blaine also coaches some of the most strategic and successful brokerage teams all across the country. Now we can count author as the fourth arrow in Blaine's quiver.
