We’re off. Day 1 of the Relaxation Reset! Each day this week I’ll send you a short audio practice. Just a few minutes to pause and hear something a bit different from the usual noise in your head. You don’t need a mat or any kit, just yourself and a bit of quiet. We’re exploring affirmation meditation this week. It’s been around in different forms for thousands of years, really. Mantra, chant, prayer, lullaby, spell. Simple words repeated with care, words that help steady the mind and shape how you move through the day. Today’s audio is about 7 minutes long.
