We discuss the many benefits of meditation and how to begin practicing meditation from just about anywhere. We also discuss how to functionally use meditation to improve your relationship, whether it be romantic or platonic.

In Episode 2 we discuss how we started doing yoga and the many benefits of our practice. Yoga is something that has helped us out tremendously when dealing with the stresses of everyday life. Yoga is a way to channel out stress and anxiety as well as building self-confidence and mindfulness.
