Luke talks about the perception of mens work being bullshit and a sign of weakness and challenges those beliefs. He talks about his experience of mens circle and how witnessing other men being vulnerable is actually more an act of strength. He touches on the story of his sons birth and how he wants to create a space where fathers/partners have a chance and a space to share their respective stories.

Luke has recently been through a huge shift in his life and goes into detail about the process of how it came about and the after effects of what he is experiencing from it.

Episode 8. The Blamer

Luke discuss' his mad march and how it has revolved around grief. He talks about his time in isolation during the covid-19 pandemic and the things it is bringing up for him. The blamer is a part of him that he has heard a lot during this time and he talks about his process around living with this part but not letting it own him. He also talks about the sudden loss of a very dear friend and the impact it has had on him.

Luke talks about the importance of mens circles and how it's great to see more and more happening. He also opens up about how he started to lose his hair at 18 and how that has had an effect on his mental health ever since.

Luke apologises for not having this episode out last week. He talks about his relationship with his inner child and what it means to reparent them. He talks about how he parents differently to how he was parented and shares some insights from a workshop he went to on the weekend.
