Beschreibung

Hello Beautiful Readers/Listeners, In this episode, I’m joined by Lucy Down [https://substack.com/@thebusinessofbecoming], founder of Fresh Leaf Creative and Kindred Founders, for a conversation about what happens when the way we’ve been told to build a business no longer feels aligned. Throughout, Lucy reflects on her own journey; from giving away her self-trust and following someone else’s version of success, to reclaiming the parts of herself she’d learned to hide. Together, we explore belonging, ‘too muchness’, building differently, and why running a business becomes one of the biggest personal growth journeys we’ll ever take. We also talk about Lucy’s idea of becoming a signal - getting clear, being strategic, having external support and ultimately, receiving. It’s a conversation about remembering your voice, reconnecting to who you are beneath the layers of conditioning, and proving that a different way is often your own way 💛 Happy listening,Amanda x Don’t forget to subscribe to Lucy’s Substack publications:The Business of Becoming [https://thebusinessofbecoming.substack.com/] and Press Publish [https://presspublish.substack.com/] You can also find the Kindred Founders community HERE [https://www.kindredfounders.com/]. Episode Could What You're Carrying Actually Belong to All Women? Cover

Could What You're Carrying Actually Belong to All Women?

Hello Beautiful Readers/Listeners, A few weeks ago, I saw a Note on Substack from Cara [https://substack.com/@caramatsukane], asking whether anyone would like to collaborate. I’ve loved connecting with so many incredible women through this space over the past few months, so it was an immediate message back saying “me, please!” Even though Cara and I work in slightly different areas, it became clear that we share so many of the same values, reflections and hopes for the women we work with. For years, I’ve supported women to understand their own individual conditioning; the beliefs, patterns and protective behaviours shaped by childhood and lived experiences… But more recently I’ve become fascinated by an even deeper, more subtle layer ….. The collective conditioning women carry. In our conversation, Cara and I explore the underlying beliefs, fears and expectations so many of us inherit simply by growing up as women. The conditioning that unknowingly shapes our perceptions, our work, relationships, motherhood and the way we move through the world. Together we talk about: * The difference between individual and collective conditioning * Why visibility isn’t only an individual struggle * How motherhood can magnify the patterns we’ve inherited * Why healing is less about fixing ourselves and more about reconnecting with who we’ve always been * And why helping one woman at a time really can create a ripple effect that extends far beyond what we ever see. What do you think - are some of the fears, patterns and ways of protecting ourselves that we’re trying so hard to heal...never entirely ours to begin with? Perhaps they’re part of the collective conditioning we’ve inherited as women. The whole conversation has inspired me to explore this concept in more depth, and what the world could look like if every woman was ‘unconditioned’. I’d love to know what resonates with you. Happy watching (or listening!)... Your Inner Ally,Amanda xP.S Funnily enough, we both came off the call feeling like at times we’d ‘messed up’ or not articulated something in the ‘right’ way - even therapists and coaches have those cringe moments and question themselves!A must is to…subscribe to Cara and follow all of her insightful work and writing: And if you’re a free subscriber to The Inner Ally and want to have these deeper conversations 1:1 with me about the patterns & beliefs impacting your life, then this is your gentle invitation to upgrade and join The Inner Ally Collective. When You Think "I've Already Worked Through That..."

Hello Beautiful Listeners, This week’s episode explores something I’ve been reflecting on recently: why, just when we think we’ve finally dealt with old fear or pattern, it seems to calmly reappear. Together, we’ll chat through why this doesn’t mean you’re going backwards. Instead, it may simply be that another layer is revealing itself, ready to be understood, nurtured and gently healed. Weaving together stories from my own journey, conversations with other women in business, midlife recalibrations and the subconscious, hopefully this episode offers a compassionate way of understanding your own growth journey. I also share a gentle invitation into Your Wild Self - my new intimate four-week experience for women who wish to meet the parts of themselves that are shaping their lives, and reconnect with the parts waiting patiently underneath 💛 Happy listening,Amanda xP.S If you’d like to join us in Your Wild Self, it begins with a 30 mins heart to heart chat. Just message me, and we can find a time to talk (more details available by clicking on the Your Wild Self image below). Episode Women Creating Differently, Together... Cover

Women Creating Differently, Together...

Hello Beautiful Readers/Listeners, This week’s podcast episode feels like a super important conversation. What began a few weeks ago with me questioning whether supporting one woman at a time was enough, led into two further pieces exploring the emotional stretch of choosing differently; the energy women spend on just surviving, and an interwoven thread of reconnecting to yourself and others. In this episode, I’m joined by Synne Linden, founder of Tidle - the world’s only empathy-first matchmaking agency for women in business. Together, we dive into why helping one woman at a time matters more than we realise, what most of us are silently carrying underneath while trying to build businesses, and the possibilities that open up when women feel genuinely supported and emotionally safe. If you’re a heart-led woman in business, knowing what you do makes a difference, but just feeling drained by ‘how things usually work’ then this one’s for you. It’s a conversation (with some laughs!) about building differently, together - and the ripple effect we can create for collective change in the world. Happy listening 💛Amanda xAnd don’t forget to…. Connect with Synne HERE [https://www.linkedin.com/in/synnelinden/] https://www.linkedin.com/in/synnelinden/and learn more about Tidle HERE [https://mailchi.mp/empathyfirstsales/join-tidle]. Be part of the collective change we’re making, together. If this episode resonated for you, please share with another woman who would love what we chatted about!
