Mental Health Awareness is such a big topic these days, but has had a big impact in the restaurant industry following the recent loss of Anthony Bourdain. To better understand this matter, I sat down with Mike Evans, Chef de Cuisine at Kabooki Sushi Sand Lake. This was our second conversation and I learned so much about the struggles of working in the kitchen, dealing with competitiveness with coworkers, and dealing with constant feedback.
