On this episode of the podcast, Renee Whisnant and Andrea McMaster conduct/co-produce a fantastic, superb, and conversational interview with me thru Zoom. This is Renee's 6th time and Andrea's 4th time on the show. After our introductions, Renee and Andrea ask me a bunch of summer-related questions. After confirming that I spent 4 summers as a camper and 3-1/2 summers as a staff member at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin during the 1980's and 1990's, they asked me questions like: Renee: My friend's daughter is going to Ramah Wisconsin this summer. What must have items at camp should she not forget when she goes to the same camp you went to? Andrea: What was your favorite part about being a camper at that camp? Andrea: As being a staff member at that camp, tell us about that or exciting and fun moments you had there. Renee: Since you were on staff at Ramah Wisconsin, what advice would you give to a camper of how they could get the most out of their camp experience this summer? Andrea: What field trips did you take during your years at camp? Andrea: What are your favorite things to do during the summer nowadays or what are you looking forward to this summer? Andrea: Tell us about any summer foods you enjoy that are different from the rest of the year? Do you have Farmer's Markets in Des Moines that you have gone to? Renee: What were your favorite things to look for when you used to go to those Farmer's Markets? Andrea: What favorite movie have you seen lately that you could recommend? Andrea: Have you been on Drake's campus recently? This episode was recorded on Friday late afternoon June 12, 2026 and it runs 35 minutes long. The Juice with Jeff #349

On this episode of the podcast, Tiffany Welch conducts/co-produces a fantastic, amazing, and very conversational interview with me In Person for #349. This is Tiffany's fifth time on the show and we recorded this episode at Walnut Woods State Park near West Des Moines.  After our introductions, Tiffany asked me the following questions: In reflecting on the 9 years you've done these audio interviews, what are highlights for you as far as doing the podcast? What are you looking forward to during the summer? After those two questions, I bring up an original musical joke that's pun centered and that led to both of us talking about Weird Al Yankovic's parodies of songs and the music videos that go along with most of them. Then Tiffany and I start our hike in various areas of Walnut Woods State Park. Tiffany and I bring up random things throughout the hike. Other questions Tiffany asked me during remainder of the interview are: Have you ever swam in rivers? Have you ever been to any ocean beaches? Have you ever been out and about and have gotten lost? How long were you on staff at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin and talk about a memory from those? Are there movies you can't get that you wish you could? With this episode and since the unnumbered Pilot Episode we did in June 2017 to start this whole audio interview/podcast series gets counted on our podcast platforms, we have now produced and recorded our 350th episode of the entire Juice with Jeff series!! This episode was recorded on Friday June 12, 2026 and it runs 1 hour and 24 minutes long. Our opening and closing theme music is provided by Anastasia Chubarova courtesy of Pixabay. On this episode of the podcast, Carrie England and Mia Countryman conduct/co-produce a fantastic, very unique, and conversational interview with me In Person. This is Carrie's 6th time and Mia's 2nd time on the show and we recorded this episode at Mia's house. Prior to the interview itself, we enjoyed  a fantastic and delicious lunch from a local restaurant called The Green Olive. After our introductions, Carrie and Mia asked me the following questions: Is there a difference between being comfortable and being understood? After doing hundreds of episodes, do you feel more known or do you feel like people know only certain parts of you really well? Do you feel that having the podcast has created a persona for you or do you feel like you show up with your true self? What is something people understand about you now that you wish they had understood when you were younger? Do you favorite movies and music feel like entertainment or do they feel more like places you can return to? If money, time, or being on standby for the parents weren't issues; if you could do anything or go anywhere; what would your dream(s) be?  If you could get on or have a private plane with your own private pilot, where in the world would you go? How many episodes of The Juice with Jeff do you plan on doing? This episode was recorded on Thursday afternoon June 11, 2026 and it runs 30 minutes long.
