May is mental health awareness month and i couldn’t think of a better time to just put out the friendly reminder that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes. that your not broken, damaged or alone. your human. that depression doesn’t always look like laying in bed for days on end just as anxiety isn’t always the fear your going to die. signs of struggling could be a number of things and shouldn’t be taken lightly on any account. even if externally someone seems to have it all together you never truly know what demons that person is battling with on the inside. i hope this is a reminder this week for you to check in with your friends and especially yourself!! i love you all so so much and as always my dms are open if you need to talk🤍 let me know what you’d like to hear in future episode and keep your head up baby!! enjoy Instagram-lexicrewss TikTok-lexigcrews

The Realizations of a Chronic People Pleaser

hello my lovely listeners:)) welcome or welcome back to the podcast!! i’ve been trying to come up with the right words to describe this episode and nothing seems to feel right. i enjoy recording these episodes for you all so much, and this week i feel as if this is what i needed. hopefully this reaches whoever might need this as well. the realizations of a chronic people pleaser. its a long title. trust me i know, but its the only thing that felt suitable. this week i will walk you through the path of how people pleasing did and almost continued to control my life. in all reality im only a twenty-one year old girl so there’s only so much knowledge i can share, but i can share my experiences and that’s what i plan to do today. i do and will probably always struggle with this, but i know for certain i’m not alone and truly that’s all i hope to do in this podcast. help you and myself feel a little comfort knowing we’re not alone in this crazy world. as always thank you so so much for the love and support. i hope you enjoy:)) be sure to let me know what you’d like to hear in future episodes as well. i love you all!
