This podcast goes through my difficult, yet necessary, journeys of going "no contact" with living family members and significant others to survive emotionally. I explain the difficulty of mourning the living without guilt and shame to give you clarity, compassion, and to provide validation if you’re going through the same experiences. You'll learn that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes and that choosing yourself isn't selfish; it's necessary for your own well-being!
