Welcome to this episode of the Mindset Blueprint! The Only Podcast You Need to Redesign Your Mind and Level-Up. I used to get stressed over things I couldn't control. You name it...the weather, politics, outcomes of sporting events, what other people thought about me, etc., etc. The main problem with worrying about something you cannot control? You can't do anything to fix it. You just grind, and grind away, wasting your worry. But with a little help from Stoicism, I eventually learned that I could greatly reduce my stress, just by choosing not to worry about things I couldn't control and acting on the things I could control. Without further ado. Let's eliminate some stress...
