In order to live a fruitful and fulfilling life, we must firstly take care of ourselves and fill our own cups. We can’t offer help, love, or anything to anyone else unless our cups are full first, pouring from an empty cup isn’t beneficial to you. People need you, no matter who it is but you must show up for YOU first before you can show up for anyone else.
